VÄSEN – Ritual dance performance (German below!)

VÄSEN was created in the icy landscapes of Sweden. They embody the magical väsen in nature and symbolize the icy magical väsen in ourselves.
Inspired by the magical spectacle of nature – the process from ice to dew to water – Lotte Grohe’s dance performance reflects and runs through icy feelings to the point of recollection of the primal consciousness, so that the “väsen” can dance and flow again.
The performance is in dialog with visual art and intuitive live music, so that all of the observers senses are vibrationally activated and thus made aware.

Die Tänzerin und Videokünstlerin Lotte Grohe nimmt uns in diesem getanzten Ritual mit in eine magische Welt der Eislandschaften und der Gefühle. Mit intuitiver Livemusik-Begleitung tanzt sie vor einer Filmcollage aus Natur und Eis.

Die Eislandschaften in Schweden verkörpern nicht nur die magischen Väsen (Wesen) in der Natur, sondern spiegeln ebenfalls die vereisten Väsen in uns. Es ist ein Prozess von gefroren – tauen – fließen, der analog zu unseren gefrorenen Gefühlen performed wird, damit die Väsen wieder frei tanzen und fliessen können.

Abschluss: Austausch bei wärmender Suppe und Tee.
